He is the Founder of LightBearers Development Foundation, and Proprietor of LightBearers Academy, initiatives committed to raising purpose-driven young people through faith, quality education, mentorship, and service. Through his work, Israel seeks to inspire young people to discover their purpose, develop their potential, and become a positive influence in their communities.

Mr Atser is a passionate youth advocate committed to helping young people discover their purpose, build confidence, and reach their full potential. Driven by a heart of service, he is dedicated to creating opportunities that inspire growth, leadership, and positive change. His interests also extend to promoting mental health awareness and emotional well-being among young people. Through advocacy, mentorship, and community engagement, Terkuma seeks to empower a generation that is purposeful, resilient, and impactful.

She believes every person carries something worth uncovering — a gift, a calling, a reason they were made. Her role is to guide, to listen, and to hold space for the questions that matter most. Through mentorship and honest conversation, she helps people find a reason to live and try again, and step into who they're truly meant to be.
